CY Academy is an online education platform operated by Udida Cyprian. We provide courses, live trainings, digital products, and community resources focused on YouTube growth and monetisation.
3. Free Trainings & Events
When you register for a free training or summit (such as the Face & Faceless YouTube Summit), you agree that:
- Your name, email, and WhatsApp number (if provided) will be used to send you training materials and event updates.
- You may be added to a WhatsApp group related to the event.
- Free events are offered at no charge and may be changed, postponed or cancelled at our discretion.
4. Paid Courses & Mentorship
- Payment is processed by third-party providers (Nestuge, Selar, or Paystack). Your card details are never stored by CY Academy.
- Access to paid content begins immediately upon confirmed payment.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will resolve it.
- No sharing: Course access is for the purchasing individual only. Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on CY Academy — including videos, course materials, graphics, copy and branding — is the intellectual property of Udida Cyprian / CY Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative works without written permission.
6. User Conduct
When participating in any CY Academy community (including WhatsApp groups), you agree to:
- Be respectful to other members and to CY.
- Not spam, harass, or post offensive content.
- Not promote competing services or solicit other members.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from any community for violating these rules.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CY Academy content is provided for educational purposes only. Results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances. We make no guarantee of specific earnings or outcomes. Any income figures mentioned are illustrative and not typical.
