- Notify you about updates, new courses, and relevant offers from CY Academy.
- Add you to WhatsApp groups you opted into during registration.

We store your name and email in our CRM (Zoho CRM) to manage communications and follow-ups.
4. We Will Never Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop.

We use the following trusted third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:
- Zoho CRM — stores your name, email and WhatsApp number for managing communications.
- Vercel / Neon — our hosting and database providers.
- Nestuge / Selar / Paystack — payment processing. They have their own privacy policies.
- WhatsApp — used for community groups you choose to join.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you are a subscriber or customer of CY Academy. If you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 14 days.
